The ceremony for the Opening of the Holy Door into the Holy Year was very much appreciated. The live-stream on the internet made me feel like I was at home with all of you. Health reasons I cannot be home at this time but I can and do keep in touch.
It was thrilling to see St Joseph’s so filled. . . like in the “olden days” when we were kids, marched in for Sunday 9 a.m. MASS, lead down that long aisle by our Sisters, class by class.
Friends commented to me how good it was to be able to walk thru the Holy Door on the Beginning Day.
Thank you, Bishop, for leading us all, inspiring us by your moving homily.

Merry Christmas. . . may your hearts be merry and bright through-out the New Year 2016.

Thank you, Bishop Coyne, for your service to the Church in this year of mercy. As a layperson, I continue to wish you and your Mom a wonderful New Year 2016, and ask you to look even deeper into the mystery of the Incarnation and reach out even more to those who are unable to come to you. Thank you.
